New Hampshire Wedding Photographer + Gorgeous Farm Wedding = BLISS!
Every inch of the barn was cleaned and spotless, for this beautiful New Hampshire Wedding day, the apple orchard was rid of any fallen apples and each and every tractor was spotlessly on display. As soon as I arrived to the brides family farm I was greeted by the groom, whom was riding around on his nephews bicycle, yup, from that moment on I knew it was going to be a great day with a relaxed and amazing couple!
I immediately went over to check out the fully decorated barn and reception tent, and was instantly blown away. This wedding could have very easily been a simple and plain back yard wedding, but it was nothing of the sort. The large entry to the barn, where the cocktail hour would be held, was decorated in perfect fall fashion, with hay bails and flowers. The rafters were wrapped in adorable bulb lights, which once lit at sun down cast a romantic, country feel to the whole barn. The reception tent was bright and airy and each table was topped with a handcrafted centerpiece, each piece was special and unique from the next. My favorite has to be the twig and fruit filled crates which were marked in the brides maiden name, it really brought a down home feel to the decor.
After admiring every inch of the outdoor space I made my way to the families farm house and was immediately welcomed with a huge hug and smile from the bride, she was already glowing in happiness and her day had just began! We chatted and she showed me where all her amazing goodies for the day were and I got right to work, quickly falling in love with every detail. The bouquets were a gorgeous pink and green arrangement of orchids, ranuculus, roses, berries and other gorgeous shades of pink. The bouquet and grooms boutonniere even had a few chicken feather in them, which was an adorably perfect touch, as the couple raise chickens and it was a morning similar to the rest where the bride had just brought it the collection of eggs when the groom dropped to one knee and asked for her hand, joining their lives forever.
Becky and Chris wed beneath the apple trees of the families New Hampshire apple orchard and it made for the most stunning backdrop of their love filled union. The two choose to stick to traditions and not see each other until the very moment they joined at the aisle and the excitement was ever so present.
This entire bridal party was one of the most naturally fun, polite and just all around great groups I have worked with. The guys were up for anything and truly were enjoying the day celebrating with and for their friend and the ladies were sweet and supportive of the bride.
